Order Support
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 hours of placement. If you need to cancel or modify, please contact our support team immediately via email. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled but are eligible for our 30-day return policy.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also log into your account dashboard and click "My Orders" to view real-time tracking updates directly.
Are your products authentic American brands?
Yes! Every product we sell — including Tide, Bounty, Lodge Cast Iron, KitchenAid, Clorox, Dawn, and Rubbermaid — is 100% authentic. We source exclusively from authorized US distributors and brand-certified wholesalers.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all orders. If any product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us for a full refund or store credit. Unopened items in original packaging are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
How do I initiate a return?
Log in to your Account Dashboard, go to "My Orders", and select "Request Refund" for the relevant order. Our team will review and respond within 24 hours. For approved returns, we will email you a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Which laundry detergent do you recommend for sensitive skin?
For sensitive skin, we recommend Tide Free & Gentle or Downy Free & Gentle fabric conditioner, both of which are free of perfumes and dyes. These are dermatologist-recommended formulas safe for the whole family, including babies.
